Cancellation Policy

Deposits and donations

Deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred. Donations support church operations and ceremony preparations and are committed when you reserve a place.

Final payment

Your remaining donation is due four weeks before ceremony. Missing this deadline may lead to cancellation and loss of your reserved place.

Participant cancellations

If you cancel, deposits and payments are not refunded or transferred, including cancellations caused by emergencies, travel problems or changed plans.

If AyaWaken cancels or postpones

If AyaWaken cancels or postpones your ceremony, you may choose a rescheduled ceremony date or a refund of the final payment made toward the affected event. Deposits remain nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you accept a replacement date and do not attend, your payments and credits are forfeited.

Missed ceremonies and late arrivals

Missing ceremony or arriving outside the check in window without prior approval does not qualify for a refund, transfer or credit.

Travel expenses

AyaWaken does not reimburse travel, accommodation, rental vehicles, missed work or related expenses.

Booking with intention

Each reservation affects staffing, meals, accommodation and preparations. Please reserve with commitment and understanding.
